Summary: Men's Underwear

It has been found that sales in men's underwear is a good place to look if you want to know when the recession will be over. It seems that when times are tough, people tend to skimp more on underwear than other things, even though they're a necessity.

  2. Your headline definitely caught my attention! That is so bizzare. You would think that underwear would be the last thing that people would skimp on. Thanks for finding this! That is so interesting.

  3. Huh, that is extremely interesting. I would never skimp on undergarments no matter what. People need to wear underwear that is comfortable and without holes. Also you need underwear that isn't dirty and loose feeling from being old and worn out. People need to buy underwear!

  4. I wonder if the sales of men's underwear are increasing now? It would also be interesting to know how much the sales of men's underwear decreased when the nation began to dip into a recession, or if woman's underwear sales were also affected.

  6. Ha ha! I read that three times just to understand it correctly! That definitely is an interesting study. Clothing of any kind is the last thing I would stop buying because of the recession, honestly, I'd cut back on food before clothing. Where did you read this?

  7. I love this. This is so funny probably because it is true. I know that my husband would rather go get Wendy's then buy new underwear.

  8. This is very interesting. I would have never guessed that men's underwear would be the clue to whether or not the recession is over. That's also interesting that they only say men's underwear, and not womens.

  9. Thank you for sharing this with us! I never really thought about it before, but it is definitely true. I have been shopping for boxers for my husband and they are expensive! Every time I look at the price I am shocked and half the time I put them back on the shelf.
